Working Drawings
Demolition plans, storefront elevations, partitions, floor plans with FF&E, environmental plans, kitchen equipment and wall elevations, custom cabinetry details, electrical and telephone plans, mechanical and HVAC plans, door, window and ceiling details.
Sustainable Design
Design for eco-friendly living and sustainable materials that support healthier living environments. Liaison for LEED and EnergyStar certifications — Catherine Street reached LEED for Homes Platinum at 98 points with a HERS Index of 5, Maxwell’s Green is NGBS and LEED Silver certified, Endicott Residences earned LEED Silver in 2009, and both Catherine Street and 36–38 Colonial were built under Boston’s E+ Energy Positive Green Building Program.
Construction & Craft
Custom design, carpentry, stone masonry, painting and renovation. A design language of corrugated metal, cedar, Hardieplank and architectural stone block with very tall windows; interiors with high ceilings, glass-railed staircases, flex rooms, private balconies and attached garages.
