Townhouse condominiums at Max Pak Square, built on a remediated brownfield beside the MBTA station. NGBS and LEED Silver certified, ENERGY STAR, and winner of the 2011 PRISM Award for Most Innovative Open Green Design. 87% of construction waste recycled.

Built under Boston’s Energy Positive Green Building Program — a zero-energy building that produces more energy than it uses. Cedar-lined balconies with coloured mesh screens over grey lap siding.

Site acquisition, entitlement and permitting, design management, capital structuring and delivery. We take complicated sites through approvals to finished, occupied buildings.
General Contracting
A fully licensed general contractor on site. Pre-construction budgeting and value engineering, working drawings, subcontractor pre-qualification, code compliance and proactive quality control.
Property Management & Investment
Long-term ownership and operations, third-party management and association management — plus acquisition of undervalued properties for renovation and repositioning.
