GFC Development Inc. has served the Greater Boston area since 1999 as a real estate development, construction and investment company. Since 1994, the principals of GFC have collectively managed over 100 sites in the U.S. and abroad.
Built on the highest standards of excellence and a strong commitment to the community, GFC uses the local talent of acclaimed architects and designers, its own fully licensed and pre-qualified general contractors, and an experienced management team to build, design and construct a wide variety of real estate projects.

Charles Aggouras
Charles brings thirty years of extensive real estate and financial experience, both in the United States and abroad, with more than 100 projects completed. He offers expertise in all facets of the commercial and residential real estate market — from conceptual analysis through planning, construction, execution and closure, managing all parties involved to ensure the highest standards are met. Charles is also proficient in financial modeling throughout all phases of development: lending, acquisitions and construction management of properties. He holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Suffolk University, and was named BRAGB Builder Member of the Year for 2015.
Nick Aggouras
A fully licensed General Contractor and Construction Supervisor with hands-on experience in gutting, interior and exterior renovation, and construction of residential and commercial properties across metro Boston. Nick’s established relationships with national suppliers and local businesses let GFC deploy pre-qualified labor and equipment that meets the toughest general contracting requirements, on time and on budget.
Kristen Pepe
Over twenty years of experience in accounting, finance and office management. Her organizational skill and accounting expertise allow GFC to work efficiently and effectively across every facet of the business, and her proven ability to work with vendors, subcontractors, clients and investors is an asset to all. Kristen attended the University of Massachusetts, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
